Novell Partum

A flourishing land of new life, sanctuary for now free fae and newly brought in plant life. These mountains of green run wyld with witches, warlocks, dragons and others - enjoying the gift of life brought back to the once bed of death and ash. Under the rock, there is a hidden market, while above groves and glades rich in splendor.

⚰︎ Quick Lore Notes

  • Fae primarily were underground during the old world's destruction, and now with the new world, they've emerged and have found their wyld side once again. 

  • The tree's golden life color shines in the forest through the plants, tall grasses, and trees. 

  • Dragons can be found perched and watching over the fae as they learn to get back their freedom.

⚰︎ RP Hooks

  • Witches gathering at the Winding Circle, throwing together a ritual, pulling people in to dance along side them.

  • A market on the front, while behind itself it is a market of the unknown. Multiverse goods found at random, gathered in one place, and attempting to sell. 

  • Dragons now able to seek and hoard more, with the new world, that they are finding themselves scavenging alongside watching over the fae.

When the Great Tree passed onto the sproutling, the dragons were in the skies and keeping away from the molten world. After the world has cooled, a dragon flew down and planted a seed that was stashed from the Great Tree. Years passed, and the tree sprouted, growing and growing, until it was towering over the newly flourished forest of Novell Partum.

 

The tree's roots expanded and started to tap into both the life of earth and the death of water, finding it's own balance, to allow the forest ground to start to grow and become a home to newly surfaced fae. Alongside the fae, that once lived underground, there were new non-local fae that started to show the sheltered how to live free, wyld, once more. Younger new-fae, and the elder fae, a place to safely frolic under the eyes of witches, warlocks, and dragons, for the new bed of life.

⚰︎ Haletic Matalia Rest

  • ​Resting site of an elf who was able to weave the life of the surrounding forest through song and dance with her people. The new tree roots found wells of water with her guiding dance, the winds carried hope, and animals became at peace in their new home.

  • Parties are held at her rest to try and invoke her spirit to wake and share where her remains might be.

  • To thank her and her people for their work, animals ready and with aptitude to become familiars.

⚰︎ Winding Circle

  • Favorite site to many young fae that apply their talent for making candies 'better' than they already are with recipes from other worlds.

  • The local spot for witches and fae to mingle and trade. 

  • Home to a bookstore that was from a modernized, proclaimed, witch. Not wanting to leave the fantasy realm, they opened up shop to sell all sorts of books, primarily monster romance.

⚰︎ Macro Chasm

  • A face front of a typical market within the forest. Hidden under the forest, using the trees and hidden caves as protection.

  • Io Dagda's own Black Market, where the items from other universes have bled into the lands. Allowing for illegal trade and being able to find any of the unknown.

  • Travelers from other universes find this the easiest way to sell their own goods, while also being able to find items they have forgotten of their true world.
