Anomalies

As simple as that. Your cards, when they are first made, you receive one copy. This copy is handed to you directly, no scene, and it's up to your choice how your character came across the card itself.

The worlds have anomalies, due to the unnatural clash of all the time-eras together, leaving for unnatural things to continue to happen. This includes these cards.

No one knows who is making them, or sending them out, but they are created and placed conveniently within locations to allow the owner to find them.

You can write this in any format you'd like, it is your character after all.
